Syntax:
bgiAttachSubMenu:Int(windowMenu:Int, sText:String)
Int
Creates a dropdown submenu on the menu bar.
Takes windowMenu (Int) and sText (String).
Returns the submenu ID on success, 0 if parent menu not found.
