Syntax:
bgiConfirm:Int(message:String, title:String, window:Int)
Int
Displays a confirmation dialog with Yes/No buttons, returns 1 for Yes, 0 for No.
Takes message (String), title (String), and window (Int).
Returns 1 if user clicked Yes (IDYES), 0 if user clicked No (IDNO).

Returns at once, because a browser can't wait for an answer. The answer arrives as an event: BGI_EVENT_COMMAND_CLICK with ID BGI_EVENT_ID_DIALOG ($114), source = the window, bgiGetEventData() = 1 for OK or 0 for Cancel, bgiGetEventExtra() = the title. It returns 0 straight away; read the answer from the event (1 = Yes). See BGI on the web.
