Syntax:
bgiCreateWindow:Int(sTitle:String, iWidth:Int, iHeight:Int)
Int
Creates a new BGI window with fixed size.
Takes sTitle (String), iWidth (Int), and iHeight (Int).
Returns the window ID on success, 0 on failure.

The window is centred on the page canvas. The first window a program makes is its main window: its X folds it up to a small title bar (X or a double-click on the title opens it again) and raises no CLOSE event, since a web page can't close itself. Any other window's X hides it and raises CLOSE, as on desktop. See BGI on the web.
