Syntax:
bgiEnableToolbarButton:Int(toolbarID:Int, buttonID:Int, enabled:Int)
Int
Enables or disables a specific toolbar button by button ID.
Takes toolbarID (Int), buttonID (Int), and enabled (Int).
Returns 1 on success, 0 if toolbar not found.
