Executes JavaScript code in the context of the loaded HTML document.
Takes htmlViewID (Int) and script (String).
Returns value (script result discarded).

Not available: an HTML view can't be shown inside the GUI canvas. The function does nothing (returning 0 or "") and says so once in the browser console. See BGI on the web.
