bgiGetGizmoItemString:String(gizmo:Int, index:Int)
String
Gets the text of a specific item in a list box or combo box.
Takes gizmo (Int) and index (Int).
Returns buffer contents on success, empty string if gizmo not found or unsupported gizmo type.
