bgiLoadRichTextFile:Int(richTextBoxID:Int, filepath:String)
Int
Loads RTF (Rich Text Format) file into rich text box with formatting.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int) and filepath (String).
Returns 0 if file open fails.

Reads from the web file store (the browser's local storage). RTF keeps its formatting; any other file is read as plain text. To read a file from the user's computer, use bgiImportFileWeb first. See BGI on the web.
