Displays a simple notification message box with OK button.
Takes message (String), title (String), and window (Int).
Returns nothing.

Shows the message and returns at once. When it is closed, BGI_EVENT_COMMAND_CLICK with ID BGI_EVENT_ID_DIALOG ($114) is raised (source = the window). See BGI on the web.
