Displays a Windows Color Picker dialog and returns the selected color as RGB string.
Takes window (Int).
Returns formatted string "RGB(r,g,b)" on success, empty string if user cancels or window not found.

Returns at once, because a browser can't wait for an answer. The answer arrives as an event: BGI_EVENT_COMMAND_CLICK with ID BGI_EVENT_ID_COLORDIALOG ($116), source = the window, bgiGetEventData() = 1 for OK or 0 for Cancel, bgiGetEventExtra() = "RGB(r,g,b)". bgiRequestedRed and the other bgiRequested* functions hold the chosen colour.
