Syntax:
bgiSaveRichTextFile:Int(richTextBoxID:Int, filepath:String)
Int
Saves rich text box content to RTF file with all formatting preserved.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int) and filepath (String).
Returns 0 if file creation fails.

Writes RTF into the web file store (the browser's local storage), not to disk. To give the user a copy, call bgiExportFileWeb after saving. See BGI on the web.
