Sets the HTML content of an HTMLView control directly from a string.
Takes htmlViewID (Int) and htmlContent (String).
Returns nothing.

Not available: an HTML view can't be shown inside the GUI canvas. The function does nothing (returning 0 or "") and says so once in the browser console. See BGI on the web.
