Syntax:
bgiSetRichTextBoxText:Int(richTextBoxID:Int, text:String)
Int
Sets the plain text content of a rich text box control.
Takes richTextBoxID (Int) and text (String).
Returns 1 on success, 0 if rich text box not found.
