Syntax:
inpCreateController:Int(port:Int)
Int
Creates controller input handle for specified port/player.
Takes port (controller port number 0-3, maps to player 1-4).
Returns controller handle (positive integer on success, -1 on error).

Ports 0-3 are the browser's gamepad slots. A browser only shows a controller to the page once one of its buttons has been pressed while the page is open, so until then the new controller reads as not connected. See game controllers on the web.
