Syntax:
inpIsControllerConnected:Int(controller:Int)
Int
Checks if specific controller physically connected.
Takes controller (controller handle from inpCreateController, positive integer).
Returns 1 if controller connected, 0 if disconnected or error.

A browser only shows a controller to the page once one of its buttons has been pressed while the page is open, so until then this returns 0. Show something like "Press a button on your controller". See game controllers on the web.
